– warm feet (my almost-always-icy feet are returning to body temperature rn, it’s lovely)
– that perfect temperature your bed has when you wake up (as opposed being too cold (or even too warm) when you get in) – and that zen feeling before you’re really awake (I think your brain is in what is called Alpha state then but don’t quote me on it)
– looking at the moon and/or stars
– accomplishing/finishing a task (and not procrastinating it again)
– a hug (and best case scenario, a good shoulder massage)
